Cancellation Policy: At Nicole Bryan Salon, we are aware that things happen. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests, we require that you provide a 24-hour notice to cancel OR reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to give your designer a 24 hour notice for TWO scheduled appointments, then all future appointments must be held with a credit card. If you are unable to provide a 24 hour notice for those future appointments, your credit card will be charged 50% of your service total.
Late Policy: We are committed to providing each guest the best one-on-one service available. If you are more than 10 minutes late, and we are unable to give you the attention you deserve, we ask that you reschedule your appointment for another day or with another available designer.
Professional Service Guarantee: Rarely does this happen, but sometimes a guest may have a “new look” in mind that they just were not ready for, a seasonal color change, or just a regular appointment that leaves the person dissatisfied. We strive to guarantee that all clients who walk out of Nicole Bryan Salon look amazing. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please call us within 72 hours (3 days) after the service. We will schedule an appointment to do everything possible to make you happy! The redo service appointment must be completed within 2 weeks of the original appointment. After 72 hours (3 days) without notification, we can no longer provide complimentary fixes. Remember to give your eyes time to adjust to your new color or cut.
