No Show and Cancellation Policy
Due to our stylists’ full schedules & high demand for time, Nicole Bryan Salon requires a 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment. Canceling an appointment with less than a 24 hour notice, no showing an appointment, or rescheduling an appointment due to being more than 10 minutes late will result in an automatic charge of 25% of your scheduled service amount to the credit card on file. This percentage will increase to 50% after a 2nd no show or last minute cancellation within a calendar year.
Nicole Bryan Salon provides 3 appointment confirmations via email/text, as well as a phone call to those who have not confirmed their appointments 2 days in advance. Should a client change their phone number or email, we ask that you please provide these updates to our front desk employees or call 317.815.6620.
Product Exchange Policy
We strongly believe in the products that we recommend to our guests. Our product exchange (no return for refund) policy provides 30 days from day of purchase to bring the product back in exchange for another item (not for services).
Guest Satisfaction
Should you experience dissatisfaction with any service, we ask that you call our salon within 48 hours of your service. Redo services can be provided with your stylist; no refunds.
